Anne Frank Exhibit Reflection

Hello all,

As I mentioned in class, I am offering you up to 15 points of extra credit if you visit the Anne Frank exhibit at the Jacksonville Museum of Science and History. In keeping with the diary that we are reading, I would like the you to write a journal-style reflection on your visit to the museum: What was your experience like when viewing the exhibit and what did you take away from your visit? A post between 500-800 words should be sufficient.

The theme of the exhibit is "A History for Today," so I invite you to reflect on the modern significance of this story, and you may want to consider how you as an individual can respond to this history.

Please check out the exhibit website for information on the whole traveling exhibit. In addition to the "A History for Today" exhibit, there are also various presentations and discussions also coordinated by the Anne Frank Center scheduled throughout the next few weeks.

If you do visit the exhibit, remember that the last day to see it is February 12th and you can post your reflections to the blog until February 14th.

Best,

Kristen
